Tumi lives life of a normal teenage girl until meeting Tomoshibi and kurayami at a bookstore. out of the gate keepers, she's the most spiritual one and quthe ickest to believe in their destiny. also a manga artist, she loves everything japanese and wants to live there oneday. her favorite subject is history and her least is math.She's the leader of the group and peacemaker.

Lerumo is Tumi's twin brother. He's a skateboarder and wants to be a rapper when he grows up. Initially skeptical of Tomoshibi, he grows to like him and jokes of him being his brother in law one day. He's the strongest member of the group, and is good at coming up with plans.

Chasia is the youngest member of the group, and has power over air. She's underestimated by Lerumo and Allison a lot, but proves herself later. She flies faster than everyone else in the group, and loves animals. Her dream is to be a vet when she's older and go to college in Europe

Tomoshibi came to Earth to find the Gate Keepers. He and his twin brother, Kurayami are estranged, although they hung out the day of Allison's fathers party. He's facinated with humans and spends time reading and studying various cultures. He's very protective of Tumi and loves her dearly. He paints and speaks fluent French, Japanese, and Hebrew.
